In this class we assist the kids with creating a mental health check-in plan, which can be a powerful tool to support emotional wellbeing, build resilience, and create healthy habits. The plans include: 1. Weekly check-ins, 2. Tracking Moods & Emotions, 3. Physical and Self-Care Practices, 4. Support and Connection, 5. Goal Setting for Self-Care, 6. Access to Resources

Self-Care:

A self-care and hygiene program for youth of all ages that aims to equip young people with essential skills to prioritize their well-being, understand the importance of personal hygiene, and develop healthy habits that contribute to both physical and mental health. We cover the fundamentals in an engaging and age-appropriate way with take-home resources.

This is a youth-focused campaign aimed at promoting physical activity, healthy habits, and a love for movement among young people. By offering a variety of accessible, fun, and engaging activities, we aim to help youth develop physical fitness, boost mental well-being, and create lifelong habits that support a healthy, active lifestyle.
